Try dishes fresh from the development kitchen.
Wander local markets, vineyards and villages.
Breathe, move and rest with our wellness team.

The Food
Where every meal begins long before the kitchen
Throughout the week you'll share generous breakfasts, relaxed lunches, unforgettable dinners and moments in the kitchen itself, learning alongside the team, tasting new ideas and experiencing food at its source.
Food is at the heart of everything we do.
Guided by the seasons, our chefs harvest from the farm, source from trusted local producers and continue developing the dishes that shape Plates London.
The Place
A modern retreat rooted in the French countryside
Hidden among rolling fields in Le Gers, Plates Farm is a restored collection of farm buildings, gardens and orchards designed for both rest and creativity.

Whether you're seeking renewal, reflection or a moment of stillness, the experience is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and restored
